Tell us what you have in mind. Share a sketch, reference photos or a description, along with your preferred budget and any important date.
Discuss the design. We will talk through the metal, gemstones, proportions and sizing with you. Let us know whether you prefer natural or lab-grown diamonds.
Review your quote and timing. The design, materials and production estimate are agreed before production begins.
Crafting and quality checks. Our team makes your piece and checks it before dispatch. Delivery timing is confirmed separately.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Your idea or reference images, preferred metal and stones, approximate budget, size if known, and any deadline. For a WHOOP piece, include the device model.

How much does bespoke jewellery cost?

The quote depends on the design, metal, stones and work involved. Share your budget so we can discuss suitable options.

How long does production take?

Timing varies by design. We confirm the estimate with your quote. The Shooting Star WHOOP cover typically takes around five days to produce; this is not a promise for every bespoke commission, and delivery takes additional time.

Can I see Caleums jewellery in person?

Selected pieces are displayed at JOOLS, Ground Floor, City Centre Mirdif, Dubai. View the location and check availability with JOOLS before visiting.

Can you help clients outside the UAE?

We welcome international enquiries. Tell us your destination so we can confirm delivery availability and timing for the specific piece before you order.
